hi.. i just found out today that my talco saffiano lux tote got a blue-ish tint from my blue denim i wore a few weeks ago (so clumsy i just found out today).. the saffiano leather is all clean (no worries :) ), but the lining is a bit blue in my opinion. i try to clean it with a damp cloth, it works, but not 100% clean.. still got the blue-ish tint on the lining,,
anybody know how to clean it up? baby wipes or something maybe?
its not really visible in my opinion since nobody really stares at your bag in short distance..haha! but it really bugs me to have the blue-ish lining. :(

I am really sorry to see this. I don't know how you could possibly clean this other than going back to the shop and ask their opinion. It would bug me as well and although nobody notices you know that it is there.

Hope you find a sollution and can clean the lining of the handles.

Oh no I know exactly how you feel, I have colour transfer on my Celine red mini & it happened the first time I used it & that was caused by Denim......its a killer on bags but I have tried baby wipes & they haven't worked but I just make sure I don't wear the bag with any Denim.

Hi! Did you ended up finding a fix for it? It happened to my saffiano too ;( color transfer from my coat ;(

oh no! same thing happened to me! i'm taking mine to prada... hopefully they can fix... fingers crossed

Did they fix yours? I took mine and they said there is nothing they can do and recommend me taking it to My Bag Spa.

mine's still in the same condition.. :( but slightly lighter in my opinion
the blue-ish tint isn't really visible now.. i wipe it with baby wipes..
and im afraid something worse will happen if i wash it.. haha *paranoid me*
i want to take mine to the prada boutique but the only store here hasn't opened yet.
