Hi there - I would just like a confirmation with the logo on my new bag - I read one of PPs posts a while ago saying that the "R" rule doesn't work so well for newer bags, this one was bought April 2008, and I have never seen a bag IRL with the gold lettering logo, so can you please have a look at it? I received all the proper documentation, incl original receipt from Saks so am not really concerned, just wanted to ask the question. Thanks heaps!

Also, just regarding the hardware on the bag - the only "stamp" appears to be on the luggage tag, not on any of the rings - is that a newer thing too?

There aren't many authentication rules set in stone any more because Prada is constantly tweaking details and let me tell you, it keeps me on my toes!!

There's one detail that bothers me, but it may just be the season this bag was made. I think this one is authentic, but hold off until someone else chimes in. They'll probably see what I'm talking about.

Prada is made in Italy.

Some of the Linea Rossa pieces are made in China, but I feel relatively sure you have a fake. Post some pictures. We need them here.
