I'm in Australia and I find that if you saturate ebay with reports for any particular item they usually react - but it can take up to 2 - 3 days, and it needs a group of people working together to achieve it. I usually advise the seller that the item is fake and most of them are honest enough to withdraw the item. However there's always the few real pigs who will stop the auction and sell to the current high bidder (see my earlier post) or just ignore the information and see if they can sell before ebay removes the item. I can also report items on any ebay site - US, UK, Europe etc and I have successfully done so. But it's obvious that ebay doesn't give a shyte about counterfeit items being sold - they get their cut and that's all that matters.
