I went to my Saks (New Orleans) at lunch time and saw there were 10 of the bags on sale. 40% off and then an addl 50% off if you put it on your Saks First.

(Sorry, mods... I wanted to get the girls attention)

The store was crazy today. I rushed to Saks BH when I heard about the sale. Arrived 1 hour after the store opened and the Prada boutique was WIPED clean!

You could eat off the shelves...they were that empty! No gauffres though...SA hid all the ones that were not on sale cos' people kept asking and asking and bags were being thrown all around on the floor.

One lady walked around with at least 10 Prada bags. LOL.

I didn't get anything. I'm sorry but the fall bags were not attractive.
One of the lace bags on display was already showing tears and somebody still bought it!

Barely any Miu Miu on sale. Only the bowlers and large shoppers were on sale. No coffers, no bows, no harlequins.

I went back to the store after work. There were 5 BLACK E/W gauffres, a few of the black weave totes, and a couple of the E.T looking bags. There were a few of the other Nylon bags in pink also.

The SAs were not nice at all. Saving bags for their friends and customers. They could not care to give you the time of the day.

I managed to get a couple of good deals.

My mom got two great deals today:

She got this one for about $550 including taxes,

and this Miu Miu in navy blue

This one was $398 including taxes!!!

My Saks was INSANE. I bought 7 pairs of flats: one pair of Chanel, 4 pair of Tods, and 3 pairs of Tory Burch for $1000! I am sooo giddy right now!
