I'm so glad Alycat asked that question...I was going to. It does look like the bigger Mabel on you. I think it looks fabulous!

TG- it's not difficult at all to get into the bag because i leave it unzipped, the strap gives it all protection it needs and because the strap has a magnetic closure it's super easy to open and close.

I leave in a house and I painted every room in a different colour so here in the bedroom it's actually just paint in terracott with a sand basic. In Germany it's normal to just paint the walls without wallpaper or if you use a wallpaper it's just one with a structure which you can paint in any colour you want. It's easy to maintain because every couple of years you repaint and that's it. My office is pink, my staircase sunshineyellow, the kitchen is a lightblue, livingroom is vailla, one bathroom is grey/white, the other sand and my son's room is darkblue with lightblue spongestructure on one wall and the rest is a lighter blue with white ceilings. So actually my house is a "Villa Kunterbunt" like "Pippi Longstoking"

I leave my Agyness zipper open too since there is a latch on the front. I have a Coach Francine that has a zipper like that but I have to close it because it "flops" if I don't. When I get my pebble Mabel, I'll probably close the strap too and leave it unzipped some of the time. Have you noticed a problem getting the strap to "hitch". I've adjusted the buckle p and down and I still find it hard to hitch unless I take the buckle and fit it into the hold. I don't have time to do that everytime I'm in and out of my bag. Also, as the leather softens up, does your leather buckle strap turn up on the end?

No, Love, I don't have a problem with the strap hitching. It flips automatically to the other magnet and stays there. To avoid the turning up of the strap I lay the bag instead of sitting it upright when I store so the strap doesn't have any contact with my drawer and can't turn. So far so good.

I wonder if something is wrong with the magnet on my Rose Mabel. I haven't carried it yet (still in tags) but when I model it around for myself, the magnet attracts itself, but doesn't go into the little hole like it should and the strap ends up flopping. I find myself taking the strap and trying to get it in the little hole so it doesn't turn up on the end. Just wondered how that works for others. My large Pebble Mabel is on its way from NY. Maybe it will have a larger magnet?

That's weird because mine does go into the opposite magnet hole. Can you take it back to Mulberry?

I'm not sure what that means, Samina. Could you describe? Should be getting my Large Pebble Mabel soon.

oh on the medium/regular mabels it has the belt strap across the middle of the bag it has a magnetic stud underneath so u dont have to undo the belt/strap each time to open the bag...on the larger mabel u have to undo the belt/strap to get into the bag as it doesnt have the magnetic stud...well u can open it from the side to halfway but if you something large to put in the bag u have to undo the strap and then open the zip...hope that explains it better?

Oh dear...They didn't tell me that when I ordered it. She said it was just like my medium Mabel. That doesn't sound too good. I have to unbuckle it just to put my wallet or checkbook in and out?

Again, I'm confused. When I bought my Mabel I was told it was large (not maxi). Well, she might have been wrong because the strap on my Mabel does have a magnetic closure.

My Mabel is 20 cm x 34 cm x 12 cm

I was told it is large but the strap does have a magnetic fastening (Buckle Front Snap Closure) so I'm not sure.
