SJ, sounds like the black mabel hobo might be a winner then?! Are you looking to buy it discounted or full price? It is apparently ''coming soon'' on the mulberry website... H of F Nottingham have it in because I tried it myself to see what it looked like before I ordered the emerald.

H of F Nottingham do mail order too...

^^Thanks Hula, I'll give them a call.

Tagullah, apparently bags come off the website and go into quarantine in a warehouse for a while before they make their way to the outlets. So all those lovely black Mabel hobos that Mulberry had ready to sell are now sitting in a warehouse somewhere....anyone for a midnight raid?

Totegirl - good to see you and I'm glad you're still enjoying mustard MH. I'll be at our place in France the second weekend in October but am hoping to be heading down at some stage that month, not really sure when. If I bump into you, it's coffee (well fruit tea for me) & cake in the cafe!

Wonder why they are back on the mulberry site as 'coming soon?'

^^I know, I couldn't get to the bottom of that with the SA. She did say they keep the classic colours running but definitely said the black was in quarantine and heading for the outlets.

I saw metallic RN Bays at Cheshire Oaks and wasn't impressed. Nowhere near as nice as RN patent or RN Mitzi leather IMO.

Still to see an Oak Mabel Hobo other than online. I saw the regular Oak Mabel in HOF today and wasn't too keen. Sometimes I find things grow on you though (but not Abigails !!!)
Oh Thanks Goodness - I had to catch my breath when I read this!!! and I definitely agree that re-homing is just our way of making the next purchase more comfortable!
