Purple? Have you ever looked at Purple before SJ?

At least you're looking at the right shape for you though and you're not off looking at Rouge Noir Bays or something! LOL

I'll keep my eyes open for you but I haven't seen a great deal of Purple around.

Ali-B, I've veered off from red into a new colour. I saw a rather gorgeous scarf/shawl at SM at the weekend and it was purple/orange/pinks (sounds ghastly). I didn't buy it but still think I might. It set me thinking that purple should be the colour of my new bag - and it'll match my purple purse!

^^SJ, re the avatar, I had to honor Patrick Swayze with that one.
I have not purchased a new bag since July, actually bought two Bottega Venetas and thought I might need a bit of a break after that. So, I took the summer off from bag buying and reigned myself in a bit. My next bag will be an Oak Roxanne hopefully for my birthday. I've already put my order in with DH!! How about you??

^^Wow, you have been restrained. The BVs sound interesting, what colours did you go for?
I had a bit of a lull then DH treated me to a beauty earlier this month when I landed a rather fabby new job. Black Mitzy messenger has also joined the gang and now I'm after something in purple.
I was thinking about a burnt orange Daria hobo but I'm thinking the colour could be one I'd tire of too quickly so I've kind of discounted it. I very nearly bought an oak quilted Shimmy hobo yesterday but it seemed a bit daft as I already have the oak Mitzy hobo. It was lovely though.
