Default Potential problem with Ocean Blue mabel
I've just pulled Mabel out of hibernation to check her against some photos on the 'authenticate' thread.
I haven't used her since the summer and had packed her away after treating with a wax polish and stuffing with tissue , tucked up in her dustbag and in her mulberry box under my bed.
I have now noticed a white line running right along the front seam under the 2 zip pockets and also on one side next to the piping. To me it looks like glue that has seeped out.
Does Mulberry even use glue ?
I am hoping against hope that it is an excess of wax polish that has dried where I haven't rubbed it in properly ....has anybody else had glue leak , or done the same thing with too much polish?
I've given her a buff and gone over the white marks with premium leather cream and they have faded ....only time will tell if they come back.
Please put my mind at rest !

It sounds like the polish. Give her another buff and see what happens. Fingers crossed for you!

I can't see that glue would have seeped out unless you stored her somewhere really hot!! thinks it's more likely to be some wax that wasn't fully rubbed in and has dried in a line.
