I remember a while ago someone had a thread which included a photo of the Mitzy hobo in the wonderful cracked metallic blue and it was love at first sight for me!! I have been shopping today in both Selfridges and hof but the sa's looked at me like I'd gone mad when I asked about it!! I have found it on the Bloomingdales website but I wondered if anyone had seen them in this country?

That's a shame.

Your best bet then would be to call Mulberry HQ to enquire .. or perhaps just to order from Bloomies .. although watch out for any extra taxes & customs charges you may end up with!!

I'd hoped to see it in Bloomies earlier this month but they didn't have any Mulberry. Mulberry store Madison Ave didn't have it either. I worry about the cracked leather on a relaxed style. I'd love to hear reports or reviews.

I saw one IRL in Brown Thomas last week-(they have stores in Cork/Limerick/Dublin) and I think the blue metallic works better in the more structured Bays/Ava etc style. It looked a bit "messy" IMO. I think the Mtzs are fab in the pebbled leather.
BT's do mail order but the price was €590 or so (normal euro RRP) Pound is weak against euro at moment...

I remember seeing some cracked metallic midnight blue in selfridges manchester last weekend. Not sure if it were the mitzy hobo but there was a blue of metallic blue. Try calling both branches. Also worth trying the mulberry boutique here, as well as HOF

I'm hoping that they appear in the sale because I'm assuming lots have been made but not that many stores have bought them to sell.

LuvTare, I agree with you it is so stunning! I think it looks a bit rock chick being so slouchy and then in the cracked metallic!!
