Default OAK Ostrich Baywater
Hi

i read that oak is a difficult color to maintain esp when it's rainy.

How about the oak in ostrich leather?

Would it still be as difficult?

thanks

hm, not sure. My Daria hobo is in glossy ostrich, and they told me I did not have to collonil it, or be too afraid of the rain. It is allready treated (glossy). Looked at the Mulberry site re ostrich leather in general, and it is not advised to collonil it (say nothing about it), so maybe it's less prone to rain spots?? However, the oak is not glossy and it is light coloured, so would have asked a SA or contacted Mulberry to be sure, if you're thinking about getting one.

But maybe someone in here knows.

Hmmmm, I'd be interested in finding out too, as I was contemplating the oak ostrich bays too
