Just wanted to share . Got a call from Lovely SA in Hof dundrum to say that a decision had been taken to not increase the prices of the core range of Mulberry's (bays roxy etc) Price rises are going ahead everywhere else.

This might be a silly question, but is Dundrum located in Ireland? I live in Sweden but my boyfriend is moving to Dublin in january so will be spending lots of time there during spring... Maybe I should go take a look when I'm there!

I did ask Hula and Yes they do mail order.

I know that's good news but... and there's always a but!... the exchange rate HoF use from sterling into the euro is so bad that it might be nearly as cost-effective for us to pay the higher prices in the UK. Mad, isn't it?

Ingridlud - yes, Dundrum is in Dublin in the Irish Republic i.e. in the eurozone. And yes, DO come and take a look!

Hulahoop - not sure if they do mail-order, but I'll ask tomorrow...

Cmaec - the above won't stop me going to Dundrum next week - hope to see you there!

Yes I did! 10% off old prices in HoF vs. 20% off new prices in BT vs. wait for Xmas sales - which do you think is best? (Not forgetting ebay in the meantime!!) I WOULD like a goody bag though...

Bays is €650 old price so thursday night it will be €585. BT 20% off €750???(new price I think) will be €600 . I'm thinking of a printed bays €780 old price plus 10% off makes it €702 .

Bays croc is £595 (still old price) on Tessuti and with the 10% discount code someone mentioned recently, it brings it down to £535 (add £20 postage of course!) so up to £555. Even with a poor exchange rate, Dundrum's €585 (with seeing/feeling/comparing/chatting + a goody bag thrown in) is actually a pretty good deal.
You've convinced me!
It's the printed Bays E/W I'm after, and they only had the one on Monday...

Cmaec, I've just been in BT's - and they're not putting their prices up either! Bays stays the same at €650 (on the website it's €750), however, SA was very cagey about possible 20% off day... and just to confuse myself, I fell in love with the Daria satchel when there were no Bays E/W or Ledburys to look at...

I'm not a frequent poster here, but just went to "visit" my intended next purchase, the Oak Bayswater on the Mulberry site and nearly had a heart attack at the price increase! Good to know the price won't be going up here, right away anyway. Any idea if they'll be holding the price only for this season, or also after Christmas?

(Love the picture of your pup, Indiana :) We also have a lovely setter at home!)
