I don't think its very nice to talk about a member like this it could be very hurtful. There is nothing wrong in running a business MM buys the bags fair and square e bay is an auction site you only have to bid more than MM to win the bag

Whilst everyone is entitled to their opinion lets be nice girls - some of the posts on here seem a bit pointed and nasty to me- if you dont like ebay - like me- dont use it- if you do you are bidding for each bag same as the reputable sellers do -dont gripe- its a fair market!!!

Was going to pop on here to say MM is a reputable seller and a pleasure to deal with, but I see the thread has gone a bit pear-shaped.

I, too, can see both sides but I think I would have to agree with LMM. I love selling my bags to buyers who are over the moon with their new purchase. It gives me satisfaction to know that I've enjoyed using a bag and then sent it off to a good home with someone who will get as much pleasure out of said bag as I did.

I would probably be a bit ticked off if a bag I was selling was purchased by a business seller and then re-sold soon after for a big profit.

However, I do understand that people have to make money somehow and that's what MM does - can't really get upset with her about that! She's got herself a great reputation and that should be commended.

Hi Korzinka

I see you hold very strong opinions on most things (having searched your other posts). This is fair enough, however I would like you to ask yourself if you think it is "nice" to be so blunt about another person's purchase.

For example, you went out of your way to point out to Sjmidd that she had in effect overpaid for her lovely printed Oak Bays.

IMO, this was a very nasty and insensitive thing to do, quite clearly Sjmidd was delighted with her Purchase ( as well she might).

Would it not have been nicer to share her joy and let her enjoy her new purchase? Im picturing that your not the sort of lady that considers other people's feelings.

On the lovely subject of MulberryMad: I have bought some absolutely fabulous bags from her and received the best service in the world.

As (possibly) the owner of the largest personal collection of Mulberrys/ies I know more than most about the "going rate" for bag prices and can categorically state that MM's prices are more than fair.

MM is also very generous with her knowledge of leather care and has helped me save a few of my bags from near disaster.

I appreciate all our lovely authentic sellers (Auctionista2, Naughtipidgeon, 2.go.2, lovehandbags sorry to the others that I dont recall) - you have saved me from many many horrid fakes!

Ells xx

Dear me, is this thread still going?
Korzinka, I think you made your opinion known and it's time to sit back and take a deep breath.
Most of the ladies here - me included - happily pay for the great service and expertise we receive from our trusted sellers. They have businesses to run - not charities!

I do not understand why people call "nasty" and "blunt" a fair comment and congratulations. Many of you say that you are happy to overpay! So what's the problem? I well believe that the service is fantastic.
What is hurtful about stating that someone resells for profit? It is just a fact. The resellers should be proud of their business, it is their job. How can I hurt a dealer by disclosing that he is a dealer?
Or if people are uncomfortable with facts... ask yourself why.
I think, people should not be scared to post their personal opinions.

korzinka, we do post our honest feelings. When there are reveals that are not to my taste I will still be happy for the OP, and tell her so! I won't say "Oh I don't like that" or "you overpaid", that is hurtful, there is already enough hurt in the real world, what is wrong with speding a little joy?

I know you have strong opinions and that is great! I just think sadly you seem to be coming across very negative whenever you post. The OP here just wanted to know if MM was a reputable seller (which she is) and she stated herself that she was very happy with the price she paid. I am very sorry if I have crossed any line here, I just hope we can get back to the happy forum this always has been

Korzinka, for me it sounds that you are jelous of the reputable sellers, and that you don't like that you don't get the same prices when you try to sell your bags on ebay as they do when they sell the same bags. Well that is life, and that's what business is all about, buying cheap and selling for a higher price. I dont think this sellers do anything wrong. And for not buying and selling under the same name on ebay, so what, why should they??? They don't have to tell from where they get their bags.

ebay is about highest bidder wins, thats it! It doesnt matter if the highest bider is going to sell the bag or keep it. this is just to accept, it is not charity, and it is not like when you rehome puppies and the puppy needs a good home. It is a bag, a dead thing!
If you desperatly wan't it to have a good home with someone that really enjoy it, then give it to a friend don't sell it.

you mean "quiet"?

I was speaking on behalf of many people who are too intimidated to post on this thread - because they are afraid to get attacked as I get attacked here. "nasty" "negative" "insensitive" "hurtful". Are you not negative?
It hurts to overpay, does not it? That's why buyers need to know where they overpay and what the true origin of their purchases is.

I don't know anyone beeing forced to buy bags from reputable sellers and overpay? Anyone here forced buying a bag from MM lately

No it is a choice the buyer do, they see a bag and see its price and then they choose to accept it or not. that's it.

If the buyer really wanted to get the bag in the first place they could have bid then when it was sold the first time? right? Nkothing stopped them then, the auctions are open to all. If they didn't bid then, I actually think they have them self to blame.

Im sorry I started!
I am aware that I could have bid on ebay and probably got it even cheaper, but tbh, I am thrilled with it. Obviously have to wait and see it in real life, but the pictures look excellent. I don't personally like bidding on ebay which is why I wanted to check with the ladies on here about reputation. I was desperate for one and really my only other option was to go to HoF and shell out £695. Makes the £429 I paid a bargain
