Hope you get this situation sorted, Ellie. Don't have any advice, other than try to keep your chin up and focus on the positive - but also get things right. It sounds terribly wrong the way you're experiencing work atm!!

Hi Ellie, so sorry to hear what you have been going through. Can't really offer any advice over and above what has already been said. Am pleased to hear you keep evidence of your good work. A colleague suggested I did that years ago and I have been very grateful of that advice, I call it my profile file. I am also pleased to hear that you do have a union to turn to for help - in my business we don't have one and I have had colleagues treated shabbily with noone to help them. Chin up me dear, we are all sending you strength and success vibes. Seriously though, its only work - you work to live not the other way round. Try not to let it affect you too deeply.

Morning girls, it's a bright and cold day here. About to take Miss M to nursery and then DH and I have a whole morning to ourselves! Whatever shall we do?

Morning, back to the office with 568 e-mails to go through - I will be back properly later.... Meanwhile have a nice day everybody! I'm looking forward to see all the reveals I missed.

Those new Mulberry website bags - especially Beatrice & Melanie - are quite nice aren't they, as well as Apple ranges... Love Blueberry Ink colours!! Sorry I guess this is already discussed but I have missed all the fun

See you later!

Just wanted to say a BIG BIG BIG thank you to everyone for their lovely kind words and good advice re my work probs!

Youve made me feel heaps better - do you think Mulberry therapy should be available on the NHS?

Its cold but sunny here in Shakespeare land so I think Ill go for a nice walk and then its an afternoon of nourishing bags!

Good morning ladies!

Sorry, Ellie, didn't get a chance to respond to you yesterday. You received sound advice from the girls and in particular the advice re keeping a record of everything that's going on. I have no experience with unions - we don't have them in our job - but they should be stepping in for you, if HR isn't taking your case seriously. We only got a whistleblower protection policy last year (financial sector), so hats off to you for doing what you did. Fingers crossed, your situation will improve. xxx

klp - why...sure we can all think of a thing or two...there should still be some shoes left to count, no?

Hoping to have a reveal for you guys maybe tomorrow or Friday....After my unsuccessful trip home, Evilbay came up trumps for me again....

Hey Ells, am thinking about you honey . Sounds like a nice walk followed by pampering your bags is a great way to spend the day. Take care xx

Lucky you. I'm off for a check up and hope to get the all clear to count my shoes again . I did give them a tiny count last week but we won't tell the doctor that .
