Default I'm so sad:(
Hi girls I haven't been online for quite sometime with one thing and another but just needed to talk.

I need to raise some serious cash so unfortunatley have had to make the decision to sell all my collection - Rosie's just gone - I don't know if I can bear to send her off! I know they are just bags at the end of the day but they do make you feel special that you've saved for something so lovely and love to use. Has anybody else had to make a decision like this? I feel it's the only one I can take at the moment but I'm determined once this bad spell is behind us I'm going to start again. I just have to decide what to save up for first!!

I'll just have to cheer myself up with all your lovely reveals.

K x

Hello,

I have just seen your post and am so sorry to hear this. You sound so sad. We can all feel for you as we are all dotty about our bags. it is a really horrid tiome at the moment with lots of people losing jobs, not getting promoted when they should and so on.....i don't know anyone who has not been affected in some way.

But you know, you will get back there one day and just think of all the fun you will have when you do.....keep reminding yourslef that "this too will pass"....

in the meantime

Hi Mulberry4ever, nice to have you back. So sorry you are having to sell your collection - that is such a shame. Like you say once you get through this bag patch, you can get back to some Mulberry buying.

All the best
Andrea

Thanks Girls, it's nice to talk to someone who understands!! I know there are a lot worse things happening in the world and I should be thankful for what I have (and I am). I'll just look forward to the new year now and start afresh. x

Im really sorry to hear of your troubles but am sure that the bad phase will pass and you will be back on track... ups and downs just force some very painful decisions at times...
I understand how you feel abt the bag having babied it and associated memories with it! I have the same thing with clothes and bags and find it hard to part with them... but then once you get back youll be able to start a collection that youll love and cherish and will remind you of your strength:)....meanwhile I am sure the bags will get the love youve given them:)
best wishes

Hi M4Ever

I am so sorry to hear that you are going through a tough time and am so so proud of you for dealing with it making hard decisions.

As Polly said, you have lots of friends here. So please dont forget that!

Look to the future, your/your family's health & happiness are the only things that really matter, and more Mulberrys will come along in time.

Ells xx

Oh no, what a tough one. I've been there and it's no fun! Just remember that while you may love each and every one of those bags, they're only leather, stitching and hardware. That might make it a teeny bit easier to let them go.
