Thats a lovely bag, the leather looks so soft.
I also like the fact that its a logo free bag, but still makes a big statement. |

It looks lovely SJ
And how lucky for a bag thats not even been released, to show up at the outlet at just the right time!! Congratulations! You still need some more colour in your collection though, right?! Is the mabel hobo going back? (I assumed from your other post that it would)... I love mine, but agree the colour might not be for everyone

Good choice SJ , I love my Abigail clutch and think the clasp is what makes this bag .

Thank you all for your lovely comments girls. I didn't know that it was an unreleased bag until the SA told me so it was definitely a case of right time, right place.
BTW, DH thought it was hysterical that all the SAs knew me! I think he might have rumbled how often I go to SM now! Maple, the leather is soft matte. I think it must be new. It"s thicker than pebbled and softer too, definitely more substantial than spongy. It's lined with black fabric, two inside pockets and a magnetic clasp fastening which is fine as I live in safe old Wiltshire. Anyway, the clasp is big enough to take someone's eye out! Jo, this bag could have been made for me! It combines everything I love, shape, bit of bling, softness and that bit of edginess. I'm stuck in Caerphilly at the moment at son no 1's roller hockey training (lucky me!) I'll do modelling pix later. Size wise, it's smaller than Mitzy hobo, comparable to Hanover. Hula, I loved the green Mabel although I wasn't totally sure about the colour on me. I will be returning it but will add one colourful bag to finish my collection, for now. That'll probably be Daria hobo in burnt orange. |

Love Abigail SJ can't wait to see modelling pics later. From your description it might be at the top of my list for new season. Do you know what other colours it might come in?

Bluecat, the SAs didn't know as they haven't had details of the new collection yet. I'm back at Shepton later this month for an event so I'll see if I can find out more.

What a gorgeous bag SJ and great to find it at the outlet. I was flitting between your threads trying to find a photo of what you bought and now I have it was worth the flit.
It looks really lovely, I hope you enjoying carrying her. |

Bit late to this but OMG what a gorgeous gorgeous bag! I have often wondered why Abigail was not sold in leather - it as only the suede that put me off (I am an abuser not a babyer of bags)...this is sheer perfection! Huge congratulations!
