Thanks everyone. It doesn't look much in the picture but it's fab-u-lous IRL. I never thought I'd fall for a black bag as I love colour so much but this one just jumped out at me.
It's from the next collection that will be launched shortly, according to the SA today.

DH did query why I was getting a black bag as I already had MM and was totally bemused when I explained black Mitzy messenger is far too casual for work. Men just don't get it about bags, do they?!

^^Bless him, he did try. As he didn't even quibble about the price, he could have come out with anything today & I'd have agreed!

Gorgeous
I like the fact that it can be a smart bag for work but glam enough for evening too. Its a great all rounder SJ - good choice!!!

I meant to ask SJ, do you know what type of leather this bag is? Does it say on the tag? I'm interested if this is a new type of leather and if it is likely to be used on other bags in the new collection.

Sj, what a find!! Looking forward to modelling photos to get an idea of size, and of course we need details :)

the leather: its name
how many pockets
is it lined
access into it

oh how exciting, now this bag would be very special for you to buy a non coloured bag, I'm so pleased for you, congrats :)
