Thanks Elvis, I'll have a call around if mum would like this one. I love the looks of the Alexa but I'm thinking that this bag might be easier to use.......?
Haven't seen the drawstring tote in the outlets for ages, so I was surprised to see this one.

I nearly bought this last year but ended up getting the Daria clutch in the same colour, it's gorgeous, I think your mum will love it.

Definately give it to your mum (unless she doesn't like it) and get the bag you really want.

That's lovely! I don't think your mum will not like it some how :) Could you tell me if you can wear it cross body? Am trying to find a daria stachel in oxblood but no luck so far...however some of the outlets have this bag in stock which I think is just as lush! Not seen IRL before though

It's more of a hobo really.... no chance of wearing across the body. It's also much bigger than the satchel. Hold out for the satchel if it the bag you really want. I added some comments on your other thread and from what you said, the satchel is perfect for you......

I also have the satchel and they are very different bags, both lovely in their own way......

Good luck with tracking one down. Outlets receive deliveries on Mon/Wed/Fri so they would be the best days for you to call.....

A lovely bag, I agree with what the other ladies already said. If your mother likes it, it should be hers. You will find the bag for you anyhow.

Suggestion, take your mum to the outlet, she may see something else she likes so you don't have to part with it?

Good thinking, sounds like a good plan. I've wrapped the bag back up, she can take a good look at it when she gets here next weekend......

In the meantime, I shall try to resist peeking a look at it too many times!

Agreed, there are enough lovely bags to choose from to keep us both happy!
