Hi Tireebabe, I think that this lady have sold quite a lot Mulberry bags and other items. I have bought a chocolate Jacquetta from her which was totally genuine as I think that other items have also been. I have Jacquetta also in oak colour and the leather seems very similar. So I would say that the bag is genuine.

I know there are only limited photos on the auction but the outside looks similar to my oak Jaquetta I've posted a pic of this afternoon.

Hi guys a few months I go I bought a Mulberry bag in a charity shop. Obviously, I do not know 100% if it is real or not and I was wondering if you could help me out?

The bag is brown and it is real leather, that much I do know.

The photos are here: http://s582.photobucket.com/albums/s...lberryClucker/

Thanks for your time and help.

Im no expert by any means .. but the trees on the bag look a little odd to me. The bottom of them look quite thick & the leaves look .. just odd.

I could be really wrong, but Im sure there is something about the bag that isnt quite right.

Im sure someone more knowledgable will come along & take a closer look at it for you though.

As far as I am aware the Roxy was never made in this colour of blue. The Roxy was made in Aqua which was a greeny/blue. Wait for other opinions but I'm pretty sure it's fake.

teddies - tiree is absolutely correct, the colour is wrong.

clucker - well, if it is genuine, it is not a model I have ever seen. It actually looks like it is meant to be a Luella.

crazy - I don't like the look of that one at all, sorry.

thanks JazzyJay - I thought the 'white' string on tag was odd but other than that I'm lost! - the ones I've seen usually have black tie on label. Thanks for the help

Thanks ladies for your prompt attention but oops! I posted the wrong link
The bag I have been wishing for for such a long time now is this one
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&it em=120388800080

I have received three other photos by e mail which I could forward to someone but can't seem to attach here. I get the message invalid file. I have made a comparision with my snakeskin Mabel and found the oval leather label on the inside pocket has other writing on it on this bag. Mine only has MULBERRY and the tree. I will continue to try to post the photos on here.
