Just got an email from Flannels to say my order cant be fulfilled due to a stock 'discrepancy'. Very p'd off as I had spoken to a lovely SA in Nottingham who told me she had the very bag in her hand.........

Us Scots have a word for this and ironically its the same as the shop......FLANNEL.....
