OMG This is the one I asked about a couple of days ago and was advised bagcrazy had already mentioned it. Someone's paid £335 for it. Ebay just doesn't care as long as they get their cut.

That is so terrible! I reported that bag as soon as it was listed and eBay just let her do her business! Pour buyer!!

ebay's underhandedness now means you cannot see who the buyer is, so no one can contact the buyer (even though it's against ebay policy anyway). ebay is now so much easier for shill bidders and other criminal activities on ebay. Okay, so it's not allowed to interfere with an auction and let a person know about a fake bag, but hell, it's so awful to see someone's hard earned cash go on a piece of sh*t.

I can see the winning bidders ID on that black mabel.
I think only the seller can see a bidders user ID during a live auction, once it's closed others can.

Oh how weird, I've just gone back in and can see the buyer too. In fact the whole ebay format is back to the older version, rather than the new version which I hate. Strange. I hope the buyer realizes it's fake and puts in a SNAD.

Didn't someone post details of a person at Mulberry who kept some sort of a watch on the fakes on ebay, or who could be contacted if we reported them and ebay didn't pull them? I wonder what ebay would do if she contacted them after a sale?

Yes, I have emailed her several times and never got a reply. Someone else wrote later, that she already had moved on.

So someone could email the buyer and tell her it's fake - but then they run the risk of her telling the seller and the selling reporting it to ebay. And unfortunately the way ebay is they'll take action against the person who reported it not the seller! You can't even email the buyer and suggest, without actually saying it's fake, that it might be an idea for her to have the item checked out by Mulberry. This seller has 100% positive f/b from what I remember, probably from buyers who are happy with their bags and obviously have no idea they're fakes.

she says..
The bag is unlined with a zip fastening internal pocket. Inside on this pocket it has a small pen mark about 1cm in size but you would not notice it and i have included a photo of this for you to see.
but then says...
I am afraid i do not have a receipt or authenticity card to give you with the bag, as a friend gave me the bag for a present. i have never used the bag, so it is in excellent condition.

If it was a gift, why the pen mark? :/
honestly.
