Haha yes indeed! It makes me so cross because someone could buy that and be duped.......plus I was very excited when I saw it because I would love one!

Default New to this...help required!
Hi
This is quite daunting for me as I've never done this before & am probably posting this on completely the wrong place!
Anyways can anyone help...I've been ripped off by stupidly purchasing a fake Mulberry Bayswater on ebay, which I havent yet recieved but by doing some research (yes, i should have done that BEFORE I bought the bag!) I know it will be a fake (The sellers feedback is for buying items worth a few pence giving them a 100% feedback)
What is the chances of me seeing my money again, can anyone advise re how to claim back. I paid by paypal & the seller is dianedees.
I would appreciate any suggestions...
Thanks Cath

If you paid by paypal then with luck you should be able to get a refund as the item is significantly not as described. You will need to return the item to the seller by trackable means. If you check on the ebay forums you will find lots of advice as to what to do as fakes on ebay are not uncommon

Cath, if you post the ebay link to the auction here and its deemed a fake by the experts, then you'll find that many of us can report it on ebay as a fake and that may help get ebay to cancel the transaction completely and reimburse you or give more clout for you to get your money back by making a claim. We'll help in any way we can.

Can you report Mulberry "inspired" bags?

Tan (psh, like I'm going to call that thing "Oak"):
http://cgi.ebay.com/Rust-Mulberry-In...3%3A1|294%3A50

Black:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Black-Mulberry-I...3%3A1|294%3A50

The seller is careful to not say that the bag IS a Mulberry (except in the description it says the brand is Mulberry), but it has a Mulberry tag on it! Can I report it?

^^Yes, report it! You can report them under either Fraudulent listings, sub-category of Counterfeit handbags or you can report them as Keyword spamming.

Is this not a fake? At least according to some guides that I read on ebay. 18 bids already though.

Happy Holidays from Finland to you all! :)

Beware of this seller Melie.g , she sold only fakes at high prices. I have reported her several times, but she is coming back again and again!!
