My new house settles in 1 hour 45 minutes!

I've been dealing with a dramatic highly strung real estate agent all day and by the end of this will be having a drink to watch the State of Origin (Aussies know what this is!).

I've had a really hard time with my RE talking to me like I dont know what I'm doing. I'm 23 and this is my second property - give me some credit already!

Anyway I will keep everyone posted on how the last two hours pans out and hopefully settlement will go through

My solicitor just called and said there was a typo on a cheque so they have pushed it back 2 hours

Phew all is done! I am now on the lookout for yankee candles to warm up the new palce... I love them and it's really hard to get them in Australia.

Thanks everyone! I have bought a few different scents (have had to import most of them) so it will be smelling like pumpkin pie in no time!
