LOL, this thread is great. I'm into cost per a wear, but here is mine

$1,200 Prada tote
$300ish LV Sweet Monogram earrings
$150 Brooks brothers pants
$75 Brooks brothers shell
$50 J.Crew cardigan
$120 Fendi B-flats
$30 underwear

I think I paid retail only for the tote and the earrings, everything else had some sort of discount.

Today for work:

Hugo Boss red knitted top - $395 (Hugo Boss)
Theory pinstripe pants - $180 (Nordstrom)
Michael by Michael Kors black shoes - $69 (was an awesome deal at Nordstrom)
LAMB Night at the Opera watch - $65 (Nordstrom Rack)
Coach wristlet - $60 (Coach outlet)

Total: $769 (I usually don't shop for deals for clothes because by the time I find a deal it's never in my size which sucks).

So far this year I've been cutting down on my clothes shopping - each piece is still around the same price range but I'm just buying less of everything.

Interesting thread! I used to wear dressier clothing when I was working... but I'm pretty casual right now since my schedule consists mainly of running errands.

Priorities, I tell ya! I hadn't realized that until now...

Interesting thread... makes me want to buy better "hanging out" clothes!

^ I dont' think its a place to show off - more like a place for those of us who want to keep a tab on how much we're spending on clothes.

Seems like a more "fun" version of the "What I spent today thread"

I dress very casually for work! This is pretty much my uniform for the summer:

University t-shirt: $6, bought this winter
Old Navy shorts: $15, bought this spring
sports bra/undies/socks: bought in bulk at Target at various times throughout the year
Old running shoes: $90, bought three years ago
Nylon Ameribag purse: $40, bought at Scheels three years ago

I agree! I'm actually shocked at how much some people spend on clothing. I couldn't even wear expensive clothing to work if I wanted to since I work with kids! When I bring a designer purse to work, it gets put in a closet away from those sticky fingers.

^^I agree, goodmornin! I think it's an interesting thread to visualize what people are wearing - since alot of times in the bag subforums people will just say what bag they have on for the modeling pics - and not the clothing. I think it's neat to see how people mix & match their outfits.

Today just hanging around the house in the morning to do some cleaning, Old Navy Shorts ($10) & Gap camisole ($15)

Later I'll be wearing...
Banana Republic Jeans $90
Gap Camisole $15
H&M Wrap Sweater $30
VS bra & PINK boyshorts $50
Tory Burch Silver Flip Flops $110-ish

No purse needed today!

Well since I'm not working right now my clothes are definitely more casual. Excluding jewelry and what I carry in my handbag here's what I wore out today:

Charter Club cotton cardigan: $30
Tahari cotton shirt: $30
J. Jill pants: $40
Victoria's Secret bra/undies: ~$25
MBMJ red mouse slingbacks: $100 (on clearance at Macy's)
LV sunglasses: ~$450 preowned

And a Coach slingpack, which was about $128 on sale.
