Maybe it is just faulty hardware? I am not sure if you can tighten it. If you could bring to some repair shop, they might be able to help?

Hi,

May I ask how to identify a real from fake on a Black Bow Satchel bought in 2007?

There is no tag/no./made in? in the bag. The two zippers have no manufacturer's name.

Is it just me or I gather with all the hardware on a Coffer...after a hard day's work the tote does feel a tad heavier? Anyhow, I lurve these bags and look forward to coveting a red one soon. Cheerios

woosah...I think you should post this question in the Authenticate this thread....no, not all bags have a riri zipper, there are other brands as well but post pics and ask at the other thread as they will help you better there
