I was crushed that I didn't get in on the great Saks sales that it made me want a new Miu Miu even more!

This bag wasn't on sale at Miu Miu NYC but I am so happy for getting it!

Introducing my new Vitello Lux in Amarena!

The SA showed me how I can double up the long strap to create the perfect shoulder strap! It works so beautifully!

Now, I'm new to Miu Miu, so pardon my ignorance--
isn't the Vitello Lux the same as the Bow? And the
Vitello Lux Shopper is taller and doesn't have the
drawstring. So what's the official name for this bag?

girlygirl: thanKZ to you I'm now crazy about another Miu Miu bag. Well, I think I like all of them, but this one and the Coffer seem like "must haves" to me. I'm glad you posted modeling photos kuZ with so many huge bags around it's hard to find one in this size, which I think is perfect. It looks amazing on you. I hope you enjoy it

BTW: I did some research and found several names for this bag: Nappa Spring Bag (but I think that's the larger one without the drawstring), Small Spring Nappa, Spring Nappa Satchel, Nappa Drawstring Satchel, and I forgot the others. If anyone knows which way is up, I would really appreciate info on the right name kuZ I'm gonna be looking for this bag.

Thanks, Ladies! I'm really tickled with my new purchase!

karmenzsofia - On the bill of sale, it says Vitello Lux. From another post, I noticed that the one with the one bow and the drawstring is called the Vitello Lux Shopper.

I also thought this one was the nappa spring but I seem to remember that it was not as deep as this one. This one is roomier because it's about 4" deep. So yes, as banana_splitzz said, it's a great size!

The larger one (longer) is too big for me, as much as I love it - I'm about 5'3". I don't know what that one is called.

I wish I were more familiar, but that's what I can tell you so far!

I just noticed that banana_splitzz has one too!

i have the black one

it's my first MM bag so i thought i'd start with the black to be on the safe side. haha. yours is beautiful and i'm drooling!

PS: my fav is to carry it as a shoulder bag too :)

I have asked and there is no special name for this bag. We just have to describe it as a vitello lux with gathered top :(
