Hello everyone! I'm new here at purseforum and i've just gotten a Miu Miu Vitello Lux in Fumo, thanks to all your advice and pointers here.

I've a problem with doubling up the shoulder strap though. I followed girlygirl3's advice but the strap just couldn't seem to go through the ring which I just unhooked from. I'm wondering if any of you have had the same problem as well. Please help! Thanks! :)

Oh sorry to hear that! Could you post a pic of the bag and the ring in close up?

Hello girlygirl3! Attached are the snapshots of the bag in which I unhooked one side of the strap from the ring, and then tried to loop it through the same ring unsuccessfully. Thank you so much for your help darling! : ) : )

Hey kiki! This is so cool! Thanks for posting. Now I understand why it didn't work for dancingkettles, she has the bow bag and I have the lux vitello!

Oh BTW i'm equally confused with the various names, but according to the receipt, (my bag which comes with the bow) is called vitello lux shopper! :)

It's really funny how the SA at New Bond Street in London actually recoiled in horror when I approached her to help with shortening the shoulder strap, her reason being that as SA they're strictly not allowed to 'change the way the bags look but you could instead go to another handbag shop to let them adjust for you'.
