It is a big bag but not huge, I say it's a good work bag and it has an open top. I don't remember if you can carry it on your shoulders but I would say yes.

I got mine from the Bond St. store. I'm not calling the sales staff stupid or anything, but the extremelly beautiful french assistant (male) seemed more interested in chatting up my boyfriend while sending me off to the other end of the store ("there's a bigger mirror down that end..."), than concentrating on my damn bag sale.
