This looks like the older style Peggy Vitello bag, not a bow. From what I can see, it actually looks authentic.

You can still retract your bid. We normally don't give out information about what details indicate authenticity because we don't want replicators to know how to perfect their knock off bags, but I can tell you that the leather looks way off among other things on this bag. Your best bet is to just post any bags that you are interested in the respective forums for authentication.
