I think you misunderstood. I didn't state that my bag is fake. All I stated was that the zipper had no markings of lampo or riri. It is a plain zipper. Bag is a beautiful buffalo leather piece. I read someone else's post about the same thing with the zipper and wanted to share the same. That's all :o)

If you refer back to post #2611, you will see that one of my Pradas also came with a blank zipperhead. I bought mine from Prada HI and my SA told me that it was a defect because it should have the brand-name zipper on it. She offered to take it back but I decided to keep it since they didn't have the same style in stock and I didn't want to wait for another one. By chance, was yours the leather/nylon striped tote like mine? By the way, what is the picture of in your avatar (just curious)?

I think she is referring to the fact that her authentic bag came with no brand name on the zipperhead. Like I said, I was told by my SA at Prada that my bag with the blank zipperhead was a factory defect.

My Prada is of complete buffalo leather. It can be carried on the arm and has a long shoulder strap too. Its a nut colour. I will post pics soon.

Oh its no big deal, really :o)

I tried googling my Prada, style BN1832, but its nowhere to be found. There are 2 wall pockets and both the zippers are without a brand, but there is an outside zippered pocket and this zipper is marked "riri". I will try to upload some pics soon.

Here is the style. I just took one photo of the back side of the zipper - no brand. Its the same on the other zipper pocket - a blank. The outside zippered pocket is marked "riri" though.
