OMG i had NO IDEA that they sold fake MK bags, that is absolutely shocking, they are not even that expensive!

Me too.. I have one and with the distressed not every piece is the same, the leather is soft and might be delicate..

harassing claim seems a bit strong.. that was not nice of them to say.

But rather they should have assured you that, that particular line has some delicate patches...

Have you contacted MK to ask them about the line. I am sure they can explain it to you..

Where I live there are fakes of everything. I've seen plenty of horrible MK bags. That's actually why I was hesitant in buying my first one (which I just did yesterday). There are flea markets here that sell tons of them and even places like Plato's Closet has them for sale.

a woman i work with has both real and fake MK bags and i couldnt understand why'd she do that? and then recently she admitted to me she was now embrassed by the fake bag and stopped carrying it.

I own an MK distressed leather wallet and grayson satchel and I used a leather protector from their store to protect the bag from weather elements. Never had an issue. I have been using the wallet on a daily basis since last August. :-) my fav wallet ever...

Yes there are plenty of fake MK bags. Some are awful looking others are a perfect replica.
But of course the real one is the best buy ever!:)

There is a little shop in my town that sells odds and ends, including some of the ugliest fake bags. There is a full wall of fake MK bags. I want to report the person that owns it but I'm having a hard time "taking down" a little old woman.

Lots of Michael Kor fakes. I saw a lot of them in Hawaii at the open markets. I have a feeling it's because MK has not cracked down on counterfeiters like LV or Chanel, etc.

Yes there are, like everyone says. Some are meant to copy existing MK bags (like replicas) but some I've seen are AWFUL bags with MK logo slapped on. They're not even trying to look like an existing bag, just a plain flugy bag with MK logo all over. -__-

I've been looking for a Hamilton bag (the large one) and even on eBay they are selling for over $200.

This website has them starting around $70. Can this be for real?

It's hard to tell from the pictures because they only show the front of the bag; no details or pix of the insides. They do say they are made of leather so I'm just wondering if anyone has ordered from them?
