How are you?

I have some Customers at the West Coast who do not want to send their bags to our Repair Center at the East Coast to be repaired.

Is there a reputable shop in West Coast?
I hope you can recommend a few reputable shop in West Coast

A lot of people trust lovinmybags.com, which I think is in SF.... in LA, there is Arturo's in Beverly Hills that a lot of high end boutiques and department stores recommend.

There's one other one, but I have to look for it.

I've heard good things about Master Cobbler in San Jose, CA. Yelp reviewers say Gucci on Santana Row and Nordstroms recommends this place. I've never seen that Pasquale place before, and I eat tacos at that corner all the time.... I'll have to take a more careful look next time.

Arturo's is a very busy place, but the prices seem a bit inflated since it's in the BH area.

I've had mixed results with Arturo's.

Although I haven't used Pasquale, I've heard good things about him. I believe he makes custom shoes to order, etc.

^^ BOM, you would need to email Diego. He is usually pretty good at sending out dustbags. I have done this before mentioning which bag (including the season it was released) I needed it for and I received some shipped overnight!

^^I actually emailed him yesterday to ask for a larger sleeper for my Ginny bag (the one that came with it is a little small) and he replied this morning & told me its on its way via FedEx!
