I wouldn't doubt that it is the same bag all these stores care about is the money not the quality of service they give

Do you girls think that the Hudson bag at nearly $900 is still too much considering it is a Fall 2006 bag? Should I just get a new Spring 07 bag instead? I know the Hudson was very popular, esp amongst the celebrities...is this a good sale?

^ Personally, I'm not crazy about the Chestnut color Hudson. I think $900 is an ok deal since they aren't usually on sale. The cheapest I've seen the Hudson online is around $775 or so. The Spring 2007 Hudson is only available at the MJ Boutique. If you can afford to pay full price you should get one there (the color selection is amazing).

This is my 1st post. I was thinking of buying the medium MJ quilted hobo with clutch listed on the Bloomingdale's website...is there something weird about it, i.e. 2 years old style, etc.? It seems like a good deal to get both pieces together and it says today that the hobo is available in black and is in stock (unlike yesterday, where it was listed as "on order"). Ladies, your guidance and wisdon are requested! Also, I keep checking the NM website daily and still keep missing these awesome occasional deals on MJ bags. How are you guys finding these? Are they listed under "sales & values" or under Marc Jacobs? thanks in advance for your help!

That is really strange to me that they are selling that bag and wallet together. It's not even a quilted wallet to match. I'm wondering why these are paired.

Can you post the link of the bag you are referring to? To see the Neiman Marcus sales go to Sales and Values, Handbags, and then Premier Designer. I find it helps to click "show all" and then sort by designer.
