Lately i notice that my black hillier looks so dry and i dont know what to do. I rarely used it coz of the dryness. Any suggestions? I live in canada so i cant find any apple conditioner around here even though i tried. Would really appreciate your feedback thanks.

I'm sure you could try any good leather conditioner.
I think coach might have one? Not too sure though.
You could always go to a shoe repair shop and ask for their opinion

No problem!
I took a while decided between Apple products and I chose Cadillac since it's a 3-n-1.
Not sure if that's a good or bad thing compared to separate cleaner and condition but I prefer easy.
I just received it in the mail and used it on all of my shoes and my bags today...LOVE it.
Here is the listing I purchased from: http://www.ebay.com/itm/160685530658...84.m1497.l2649
Took exactly 2 weeks to come, and I bought two bottles.
I have done 3 bags and 7 pairs of shoes and used 1/3 of the bottle and I just put it on a soft cloth and massaged it in a circular motion and buffed it with a different cloth afterwards. It soaks in pretty quick for what I used it on and instantly, richer colour, softer leather and leaves a nice feel to it as well. Don't forget to never use it on the handle or the straps.
I only noticed black colour lift slightly with a vintage Derek Alexander bag, yet to try it on my elderberry pebbled MBMJ, I'll let you know tomorrow.

Good news! Barely any colour lift, just a little on the cloth but I actually coloured my bag a little bit as well the previous night. My bag looks great now, go for it!

You're welcome!
Just another note I thought I would mention; I used my bag after letting it dry for a day and the leather is still soft and supple but I can feel that there is something on it. It's not a bad feeling, it just feels like it has a coating. Maybe I used too much or maybe it has something to do with the fact that I coloured my bag a little bit as well but all in all I'm happier with it on than without it and I imagine that it will soak in/wear off in time.

I recently discovered an ecological leather conditioner, even smells good!

I just dust a little my bag and I slightly rub the conditioner on... It gets really shiny without feeling greasy... Nice!
