I was told they are not supposed to do charge sends. It depends on who you get on the phone; some employees are a lot more helpful than others.

i saw this exact bag at last chance . i'm from phoenix also. I was going to pick it up. But did not work for me. I was holding on to it while shopping in the store but put it back...congrats.
