these shoes are super special. i haven't yet splurged on a pair of shoes but i've decided that they are one of the few things that should be splurged on if the right pair is found. shoes, coats/jackets, bags and good-fitting black pants i think are the things worth the higher price tags. they're the things that you can wear over and over several times a week.

i agree. i know many of my friends think i'm crazy for spending so much on basics, but i expect them to last me a long time and i wear with everything. i'll go to forever 21 or zara for the trendy stuff that i can just throw away or donate once it becomes demode.

that's what i thought, since i'm a stay home mom at this moment i really don't see any point for me to spluge on shoes, but handbags are totally different!!

I'm off today until late tonight when I have to go to work for a couple hours. So excited for nap/relaxation time

I nearly died when I saw that bronze Bruna on Outnet for $400!

K, did you get the boots from Barney's?

D, I've done some color touch up. What are you wondering about?

no, i didn't get the boots from barney's. i wanted to try them on but they didn't have them at the store. instead i bought some similar (and MUCH cheaper) boots from endless that should arrive today.

jeez. it sold out already. that was the picture that made me fall in love with the bronze bruna.

yeah, a pro should be able to fix that. if you're brave, i bet you could even touch it up yourself with a dab of acrylic paint.
