i was just looking at the kate at my store (in the book) and pondering this in other colors. looks like this would be a great everyday bag. i like the appearance of the leather and the little studs. have you carried her yet? just curious how it will hang once you put your things in there. congrats!!

Love the Single in Beige! Is that from Bloomies? I wonder how the color is different from Nude. Perhaps Nude has more of a pink undertone? It's interesting that the leather texture is different. Would you mind elaborate why you much prefer the textured kind, is it because of maintenance & upkeep? See now I'm bombarding you with questions, lol. :P

Love all the purchases! The beige is perfect for the Large Single. Almost wished I had one too.... but I have made myself promise not to get one Can't wait to see the Kate modeling pics too! Congrats tad!!

bom, you can have more than one large single, you know. yes, the coat is lim and the shoes i was wearing were actually ankle boots from dolce vita.

neko, i wish this lzw came in other colors! i would've gotten the pink. unfortunately, i've only seen it in black at nap.

grace, i saw your pictures! that's what prompted me to get it. i was on the fence before, so thanks for the stealth enabling. what color kate were you thinking of getting? it's such a cool bag and very slouchy. you'll see when i get the modeling pics up.

somethingwitty, i did get the large single from bloomingdale's. nude is lighter, paler, and pinker compared to beige. i happen to prefer textured leather in general. i do like the smooth f/w 09 leather, but resort's just seems more squishy for lack of a better word. maintenance should be easier on the pebbled leather too, but if you're careful with your bags to begin with, it's not really an issue.

ilhalhaiha, i have not seen the beige in the small single. not sure if it was produced in that size. i've only encountered black, brown, and red.
