Hello Ladies,

My clasp/lock on the Klein is not working again, it wont close/click when I try to lock it in place and I was wondering where I should go to get it fixed? I emailed Diego and he said for some strange reason they couldnt do it...which I find odd since it didnt seem to be a problem before...the BH boutique said that they should be able to fix it as well...any ideas what I should do? I dont want to take it to some random shop because I dont want any part of the bag to get damaged...any other Klein owners have this problem??

softee bee, what season is your bag from? mj repairs covers bags within the past 24 months; if they cannot do it for you, ask them for a suggestion of where to send it. there are a couple of places listed in the Marc Jacobs FAQs thread, as well as Lovingmybags.com.

Its from resort 07 so I guess that is why....hmmm thanks for the link, Ill check it out!

yeah, that's prob why. also try to e-mail diego and see if he can recommend somewhere for you to send the bag. i am not sure if lovingmybags does hardware repair (sorry!) but it doesn't hurt to ask :)

This happened to me before, but I fixed it when I used the key to 'unlock' it... have you tried putting the key in and turning it and then trying the clasp again? Somehow, mine got halfway locked or something and turning the key solved it. Hope it helps!!
