Hi

I have attached a picture of the zipper head, as well the seller said that Marc Jacobs bags do not have serial numbers or tags and if it does it is most likely a fake. Is this true? She said that it was purchased in December 2007 at Holt Renfrew (which is like the Canadian Saks). Thank you so much for your help!
