i think it's best to assume that any style can be faked. buyer beware, sort of thing. i can't tell much from these pictures at all either.

cal, this looks promising imho. the little stam is so cute!

i suggest asking the seller for pictures of the undersides of the zipper and maybe a better shot of the inner pocket/metal tag. also ask about the interior tag-there should also be a black cloth tag in the interior pocket that says "F05 610". good luck!

Hi, the seller "personalshoppers" has probably the same bag up for sale. One in his/her personal website, one on eBay.

However the descriptions do not tally. On her personal website, it says putty stam with beige canvas lining. On her eBay website, it says blue suede lining. Both websites' photos show a bluish lining.

Is this authentic? please help!

Yes Cal, i am planning to buy it. I am only afraid it isn't authentic. Is there any way i can check this bag for its authenticity? Do i bring it to MJ to authenticate it?

i have no idea on where to have MJ's authenticated. I've never bought from PS but she has an immaculate reputation - many of the ladies have bought from her. I would have no qualms about buying from her. Good luck, it's gorgeous!

I just purchased this MJ Stam bag from eBay and am wondering if anyone has some feedback on its authenticity. The buyer is letting me send it back for a full refund if I am unhappy, so anyone's feedback is greatly appreciated!!!

$300 for an authentic MJ stam isn't possible and since it's a brand new style and bag it would not show up at an outlet.

Just wanna say HELLO to you all, because this is my first time on the purse forum. I joined because, like some of you, I have doubts about the authenticity of my MJ Stam bag . I live in Europe, but bought the bag in Miami (SoBe/Lincoln Av) in a boutique. I love MJ, have lots of MJbags, MJclothes and MJshoes. But I've never seen the Stam before (I know, how that happen?!), I just loved the style so I bought it. Now I hear everywhere that there are lots of fakes and because I didnt buy it in a MJ shop I start to doubt... I really dont support fake stuff!
Well, here are some details (sorry no pic):
-My hardware isnt shinny, but brass.
-The name MJ in the metal/clip is darkish colour.
-Zipper is Lampo?
-The lining is purple-ish suede.
-In the inside pocket I've found a black tag w/F05 610 in white.

Can anyone help me? I'm so frustrated...

your description sounds okay, but if you could provide pictures, i am sure people could help you out more!

I can't promise it's authentic, but I will tell you that I recently bought a MJ bag from that same seller and it's 100% authentic, in good condition and the seller was really nice.

I just got an email back from that Seller, and she is very nice for sure! My only hesitation is that she purchased it from someone through eBay, unlike the rest of her MJ bags, which she gets straight from the store.

I'm hoping a few more PF experts can weigh in on this one!
