I think Revlon, and even more so, Cover Girl products are underrated, maybe due to the drugstore factor. The bulk of my make-up products are from these brands. Mostly Cover Girl, but I love the Revlon Shiny Sheers, and the Revlon Age Defying Concealer, and the Neutralizer (dab over blotchy red areas that my foundation doesn't completely cover.

Hey Chris789. They wax, pluck and shape your eyebrows. They also do waxing. It's really great! I want to petition Benefit to start one here. They have quite a few in Northern CA. You may wanna check if they opened one in your area.

I know! I went in one day for a pink highlighter/blush duo, and came out with the lip gloss, 3 eyeshadows, and a bronzer. It adds the perfect amount of color. I feel like it is emphasizing my features in just the right way, and not "masking."

I even got the planner set! It's good stuff.

I'm a HUGE stila fan (their eyeshadows are amazing!) and I love Max Factor and Napoleon Perdis as well. One of my fav. underated brands thought is Flirt! at Kohls. Seriouslly, their eyeshadows are great! (Well, all of them except for the creme ones!) I love to grab them when they're on sale + using my card = more money off. I've got a ton of their colors and I think that they're really good quality.

NYX is a favorite of mine. Thier single eyeshadows are wonderful, there is a large variety and there are some great colors. I also love their mascara called doll eyes and the "round" lipsticks which are only $1. The prices are great as well.
I noramlly buy NYX from here.... www.cherryculture.com

Smashbox, TooFaced and Stila are other brands I like.
ditto! i do believe you get what you pay for but nyx is an exception. has a lot of bang for the buck! you cant beat their $1 pigments.. . its the exact same as macs pigments!

where's my bag?!
Here's a tidbit: L'Oreal owns and makes Lancome.
And Chanel owns Bourjois.

I like Stila a lot too. Tarte is also a a great brand that doesn't get a ton of interest.

So Sweet!
NYC (New York Color) never used the foundations, but their other products are great and cheap.

Black Opal (products for women of color) rarely can I find foundation that matches my very yellow undertones. I've been using this line for years and get sooooo many compliments.

I also like some of the HIP products as well.

I've always wanted to try Milani, but I can't find them around here. I have seen a lot of eye tutorials on YouTube using Milani shadows and they look great.

I also agree with Desmothenes about Too Faced. I use their Shadow Insurance, and I thinks its great. However, it seems to stand in the shadow (no pun intended) of the might UDPP (despite UDPP having the worst packaging in the history of mankind).

Milani is at most Targets.

I agree, and their eyeshadows are one of the best I've tried.
