Voluminous Mascara, by Loreal. I swear it's the best!
Agreed! I use the voluminous and millions together and the pair is unbelievable. I love E.L.F. and Jordana's eyeshadow duos have better pigmentation than my MAC. Wet 'n' Wild makes some great palettes and lipsticks. L.A. Colors as well can be found at any $1 store and their trios and lipsticks are amazing. Their cherry red lipstick is better than my Chanel and their mauve colored one doesn't need chapstick at all (and smells delish).

Grammar Police!
I've also had really good with E.l.f., Revlon and Maybelline. Revlon's lipsticks are more longer lasting than MAC on me. The Colorstay foundation is a dead ringer dupe for Mac studio fix foundation. Loreal for mascara is way better than Lancome I've noticed.

It's interesting - unless there's a sale on, "budget friendly" brands such as Revlon, L'Oreal etc. are not that cheap in Australia at all! For example, a lot of the L'Oreal mascaras retail for $27.95 - might as well buy "luxe"!

Wet 'n Wild trios and palettes; NYC Cosmetics waterproof eye pencils; stuff from ELF, especially brushes & eye primer; EcoTool brushes (all of them!); Milani; Maybelline Color Tattoos & mascara; CG NatureLuxe foundation; The Body Shop Matte It primer (I mix it with liquid foundation and it mattes the foundation itself)

15.5 pounds down!
Most of the brands I have in my make up bag and use on a daily basis:
Wet n Wild eye shadow quads and nail polishes
ELF- love the studio brushes and eye shadow primer. Not really a fan of the $1 eye shadows.
Revlon- love the eye shadow quads.

I'm glad you brought this up it makes me so frustrated the premium prices we pay in Australia. For nearly $30 for Revlon or L'oreal i might as well buy clinique or the likes ...

I really like the ALMAY make-up products the price is great and they work well on my sensitive skin. I also like Cetaphil cleanser and witch hazel for a toner.

My budget-friendly favorites:

- Coty Airspun loose powder. This is my HG loose powder.
- ELF Studio HD powder
- ELF Studio brushes (especially the stipple & flat top powder brush)
- ELF Mineral eyeshadow primer
- ELF mineral eyeshadows & blushes (dupes for Bare Escentuals)
- Revlon PhotoReady liquid foundation
- Revlon PhotoReady perfecting primer
- L'Oreal Magic Perfecting Base primer
- Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation
- L'Oreal True Match liquid foundation and compact foundation (Dita Von Teese uses liquid in N1)
- Cover Girl Lash Blast mascara
- Lacura (Aldi house brand) hydrating cleanser, Q10 day cream & night creams
- Boots No. 7 Instant Radiance Beauty Balm (dupe for MAC Strobe Cream)
- drugstore brand witch hazel used as toner
- Walgreen's brand cold cream and Noxzema for makeup removal & cleansing
- Revlon Colorsilk hair color

I also find MAC to be great products and not that much more costly than L'Oreal or other "higher end" drugstore brands.

I second the Boots mousse foundation - that stuff is amazing! The packaging is nice quality and reminds me of Chanel (it is made in France), and the foundation itself is a dream. Their liquid foundations are nice, too.

I don't wear a lot of eye make up but use a lot of blush. I love Rimmel blushes. I find the powder to be finer than wet-and-wild. If you want to safe cost on buying mascara, you can simply line your eyes and just curl lashes. I find this to look very natural and draw focus to my eyes just as well (i have dark eye lashes). Eye pencils lasts a lot longer than mascara; hence the low-cost alternative! :) i also love eyeshadow or makeup pallets with lots of colours. If you are not a big eye shadow user like me, then you will find one pallet lasts for a very very long time. Most brands do pretty good pallets these days with really nice colour combination that allows for lots of different looks. Depending on the colours you have in the pallet, You can also use eye shadows as blushes, highlighter, eyebrow powder, or for contouring your face, so saves on buying a whole heap of products! :)

Hello!!
First thing that comes to mind would be Maybelline, L'oreal, Cover Girl, Neutrogena, and Sephora branded products.

I always buy Maybelline Turboblast waterproof mascara and Revlon color stay eyeliner. Those two are always sold out at target. I think a lot of other girls use them too so I buy multiples when I need them.
