I, too am Asian and petite, and I found out a couple of weeks ago from my SA that we'll be getting the 35 here in Vancouver. I turned it down again, as I did the white WC Speedy 35. It's just too big!

I'm 5'3" and petite framed too (mama is japanese, tiny) and papa is spanish. If this consoles you, I always wear heels, wedges, hardly flats and this seems to help. I love big bags though and usually tote them around. IMO petite chicks look hot with large bags...but that's just me and I know that a lot of girls aren't comfy with that look or structure. Plus because the Speedy 35 is unstructured, I understand. I wish you well.

A., I think you should not buy it in the 35 and use it as a weekender bag, waste of $$. Rather get it off from Ebay (if you prefer to get it new) and pay a little more but you will make good use of it. I think that is money well spent. I bet you'll look so HOT in the 30. That is just my humble opinion.

We have the same dilemma on the 30. Hope you get a way to get yours brand new.

How frustrating for you.

I adore the 35 size and all big bags in general, but I'm 5'7" and probably wouldn't carry such a size were I shorter. Even with the Neverfull GM I tried on it's still ridiculously big on me (but I do ridiculous, lol).

Perhaps some kind soul in Hawaii or Asia somewhere could grab one for you? I hope you find the one you're longing for.

Hawaii and asian countries for 30 only. Hawaii will not do phone order or ship to US. They require in person with ID. US is 35

I hear ya about the unfairness of not being able to buy the 30 size in either color. I refuse to buy one off e-Bay at a markup.

I bought the white WC 35 thinking I would get used to this size, but since I am petite, this bag is too overwhelming. I've sold it already! I hope LV offers a WC size 30 in the near future to make us happy here!!
