Default Monogram Macassar Keepall 45
Hello LV Lovers,

I am new to this forum and I would like to introduce myself. I bought my very first LV bag just last month. When I first saw the Monogram Macassar Keepall 45 I fell in love with it instanly and ended up buying it right away. Now I can't wait to buy my second LV bag.

So here's my question. Can the Monogram Macassar Keepall 45 be used as an "everyday bag" for work or is this bag only used for travelling or as a gym bag? I carry a lot of stuff with me to work and I would like to use this bag as a work bag. Would it be inappropriate to use this bag as a work bag? By the way, I work as an accountant in an office.

I think it's too big, but if you carry A LOT, why not?

I agree. Keepall 45's are too big for daily use, plus they have no pockets or ways to organize things. To me, the bag size isn't important, but I think if you used a Keepall, how would you organize anything? That's just what I think. But if you carry lots of things everyday, (sweaters, jackets etc..) then go for it! I do, however, think that a Macassar Keepall 45 would be the perfect weekender!

i have seen guys use a keepall 45 with strap used as a cross messenger bag and they totally rock it. i would do it myself if i had one. i even use a goyard croisiere 45 as an everyday bag, it has a similar style to keepall with exactly the same length at 45 cm. i just tend to make it "flat" looking so it won't be too bulky to use...

hope that helps.

welcome to the forum and especially to the brown side

congratulations on your first LV. its a very good choice i don't see why one cannot use a Keepall 45 for everyday. especially when you say you carry a lot of things. im actually considering one too.

I actually like how the Keepall slouches when not full and hung across the body.
If you do carry a lot, then using it won't be a problem. I'm sure you could use some organizers to contain your small things. Congrats on your Macassar Keepall. It's a handsome bag.

Congrats on your first LV and welcome to the forum....it is a very nice bag. If you carry lots of stuff then I would say its OK as an everday bag. My DH too got the same bag as his first LV.

I disagree with a lot of people here, I think it can be used as a day bag. Its a bit bigger than the biggest Speedy, so I dont really see the problem :)
