I really hope you get this resolved to your advantage. This woman is definitely trying to scam you and her latest reply to you indicates that she knows that the bag she bought from you is authentic, but she's not about to let you get a positive feedback at all. I hope she mends her ways.

Everyone, please no hurtful words!! She is viewing this thread. Also she is not aware about the changes in the Cabas Piano. Like the interior pocket does not have a zipper anymore etc. Does anyone know if eLuxury Live chat verifies things like that?? MAybe she can do that??

I am so sorry for all this mess Lynpink. I have no experience with Ebay and don't really know how it works. Thankfully it seems we have a lot of knowledgeable people here on TPF that are always willing to give a helping hand. It is really heartwarming to know that we can help each other across the board.

Her notes to you border on verbal abuse and harassment. This is unacceptable and I would be contacting Ebay regarding this issue. As far as your Cabas, yes there have been several changes over the years and yours is as authentic as the one that I have in my closet that was purchased from my LV Boutique.

The Buyer needs to work this out amicably without the verbal abuse. I will keep my fingers crossed for the both of you.

Well, I personally apoligize for my forward langauge, but still - it's rude and inconsiderate to not talk to the seller before slinging insults and immediately filing a dispute without evidence first.

I'm so sorry this has happened to you. That is a beautiful Cabas Piano, and she got a great price on it. I do hope she realizes how mistaken she is about the bag's authenticity, and that you are able to resolve the situation quickly.
