Hi everyone,
I just joined TPF to research LV bags and see them in action...I just love seeing everyone's beautiful bags and how they wear them. I've wanted an LV bag forever and now have a job that pays me enough that I can save for an LV of my very own. But now I need YOUR help, thoughts, and suggestions about which bag to get... I'm really torn between the Neverful MM, the Odeon GM, the Tivoli GM, and the Palermo PM. I like structured bags with 2 handles that I can use as an everyday bag and also for travel. I don't travel often, maybe 3-4 times a year, but if I'm spending this much on a purse, I want to be able to use it all the time! And I really want to be able to carry it over the shoulder, and I'm not sure if the handles on the Palermo PM are long enough. It does have the shoulder strap, but I don't like a bag to hang that low...I guess I'm just picky! What bag do you have, what other bags did you consider, and what made you choose that one over another? THANK YOU for your help!!

Palermo PM is great, the handles are adjustable so it doesn't hang that low. I had to buy a longer strap to wear it crossbody. Odeon is great too, but try the mm also, it's quite large. I wouldn't use the NF for travel because it has no zipper. Tivoli is gorgeous, but I think Palermo and Odeon are more comfortable.
Good luck deciding and have fun trying them on! |

Wow, you can fit so much in your Beverly! It doesn't look that big online - I'm so glad you posted pics of what you put in it, too. Maybe I should put the Beverly GM on my list... ![]() Thank you all so much for the great suggestions! Keep them coming! |

from your list I would choose Tivoli GM - for travels it is great and for everyday too (if you are not very petite also bear in mind that this bag is rather wide)
N2 is Palermo / very cute and girly Good luck!

I own the damier neverfull MM and use it when I travel. It's great in that I can put a lot of stuff in there but I would feel a little more secure if there was a zipper. Call me paranoid but I feel like I have to keep my bag really close to me and if you're not paying attention, your stuff could fall out, especially when the airport is crowded. With that in mind I'd probably get the palermo PM.

From your list, I vote for the Palermo PM. It is very versatile. Also, I love the Tivoli GM and it's style, either of these would be good! The new Stresa PM should probably go on your list, just came out, check it out as LV.com! (I looked at the Totally MM at LV and liked the style but somehow, it just didn't do anything for me..........)

Ok, I just found this thread...
One bag or two??? and I'm starting to doubt spending $1400 on the Tivoli GM (which was my first choice, by the way)...should I get a Neverful and either the Eva or Sunset Blvd instead?? There are just too many good choices, I might go crazy! |

I like the Odeon, Tivoli GM & Palmero but outta those 3 I'm gonna vote for the Tivoli GM. I'm not really a tote bag kinda gal.

Straps on the Palermo beat the Neverfull in my opinion, if you carry a lot of stuff, the straps on the Neverfull kinda dig into you, well not kinda in my opinion, a LOT. Palermo is more comfortable and I like the looks of it better. But any choice will be a good one :)
