Default How many monogram bags is too many?
I thought it was an interesting question to ask. I did a search before posting a new thread and could not find anything. Lately I've been drawn to all monogram bags...just wondering what you guys think. Happy Friday everyone!

I think it depends on the person, really. I have 2 mono bags (and 1 mono satin bag) and that is probably more than enough for me!

Over the past 24 years the volume of Monogram in my collection has gone up and down. I say whatever makes you feel comfortable. Right now I just have a few and who knows next month I may have half a dozen!

There's really no set # that determines "too many" mono bags... if you like them - so be it!! As long as you're happy!!

I like one mono tote (my Piano) and one mono handheld (my speedy).. but I also own a hard sided monogram case and a mono mini ellipse clutch.
I also own a Cerises speedy.. that's sort of mono also?!

Oh heck... I don't think there is such a thing as too much mono.. so many great styles out there, shame to limit yourself to a number! lol

I don't think there's a magic number, but as someone who likes a more diversified collection, I will probably keep it to no more than 40% of my LV collection.

Those are great answers, I feel the same way most of the mono bags are so different that it's difficult to compare them. Plus, they match everything so that's always a plus!

Currently, I own one mono bag (my Batignolles Horizontal), two cosmetic cases (I got the first one and it was too big for some of my bags so I got one size smaller as well), and one ZCP. I would like a Zippy Wallet in mono too eventually. I love the mono print but hate the vachetta and that's probably why I am not planning on getting another mono bag anytime soon or at all.

It varies from person to person. Some people like a variety in their collection, some do not. The one style that I had to have in Mono was the Speedy.

That's like asking how many black bags/shoes are too many! My collection is all monogram. I went to LV yesterday to try to find a Damier, but the styles just don't suit me. I ended up falling in love with Totally, but it's another Mono so I refrained. Crossing my fingers that it'll come out in Damier someday.

I love Mono so I don't think you can have too many. I think Mono looks great with just about everything, can be dressed up or down and I love it with black (I wear a LOT of black).
