If my social circle permits, I probably will collect a lot of mono:-)
But it shouts LV, so I will probably only have about 4 pieces (speedy 30, mon mono 35, a shoulder bag and a tote). Right now I only have 1 damier bag and 1 vernis wallet, and they're very discrete so I'm not going to ruffle too many feathers, if you know what I mean

i am a monogram girl...i try to get into the the damier and vernis and i am glad i have those pieces too but i like the monogram styles...i don't think that they all look alike... i think that as long as they're different styles there really is no limit...

I love most LV bags so I'll say when the closet overflows and the cabinets have no space....

You can never have too many!! Even though it's Mono, the style of bags are different!

I really think it's a personal preference.
You can never have too much mono it's all about what you like. I have 4 mono pieces and 6 damier ebene pieces.
I like to switch up.
Sometimes I feel like mono and then sometimes I feel like damier.

So far I only have the mono Galliera with a matching mono Sarah wallet and I love it. I am debating right now on either a mono 30 Speedy or the Damier ebony Speedy. I am leaning a little more toward the mono. I think you cannot have too many. If it is what you like....go for it. The styles are different. Just like signature Coach, it is the same pattern but a different style...KWIM.

I agree with everyone that says there can never be too much mono. Personally I'm a big fan of the classic mono, I've expanded to vernis and suhali but still come back to good ol' mono. I have 21 bags (not all listed on here) and counting.

I don't think you can have too many, but you can wear too many.

If that is what you like stick with it, everyone has their own tastes and preferences so who is anyone to tell you it's too much. It is classic and will always be popular even when other LV lines look dated.

I actually think you can have too much mono. I prefer a diverse collection. I've seen collection pictures posted of all mono, and it's like "blah". It's hard to tell the bags apart. IMHO
