Hi there! I was recommended to visit this portion of the forum to see if anyone can recognize this bag.
I am trying to find out the style name of the bag and year of its release.
Note: the original strap was replaced which is why the patina is a lighter color than the leather. Thanks for any help!

It looks like a Boulogne, but mine had the leather tabs on the bottom. You should post it here and have the experts tell you:

So far, everyone has said it's Boulogne, so is it possible that they made different styles of the Boulogne bag since I have done alot of searches and keep coming up with this what's pictures on the site below, but I can't seem to find my actual bag with the leather base rather than the leather tabs.

Honestly, I'm not even positive if the bag/site above is authentic, so please be kind if it's not, but this is the kind of images I get when i do a search for the Boulogne style bag and this produced the best results of imagines inside and out. The inner lining is totally different than my bag, as well as the heat stamp, which is why I'm almost positive my bag has a different name, but

Sorry, I wasn't asking about authenticating my bag, I was asking the style of the bag. When I said I wasn't sure if the bag was authentic, I was referring to the website link to another bag as a comparison.

I understand you're not asking about the authenticity. But the experts at the Authentication Thread can tell you if it is in fact called Boulogne.
