I felt incredibly rushed. I had done my research and knew what I wanted, but I still wanted to see it IRL and look at other bags to compare! I felt I had to make a decision to purchase straight away, as the SA also looked impatient and quite rushed, granted because there were so many people waiting to be served. They don't just bring it to the till, they do let you look, but you feel the pressure! Good luck with your purchase!

Yes, they have! I've had it for a few weeks already and use it frequently... I prefer this look rather than the brand new handles!
