Default PA/NJ/NY/MD (eastcoast) Meet - June 27/09 at the King Of Prussia Mall in PA
Okay ladies heres the scoop..

After going to the TX tPF meet and having so much fun meeting fellow members, I am going to try and set one up for us Ladies and gentlemen on the east coast!!

I know there are a good bit of us in the area and think it would be great to meet all of you! We need to first think of a good location that would be with in a couple hours of us. (I just drove over 4 to go to the TX one and it really wasnt a big deal)

Anyway I am closest to King of Prussia in PA but think somewhere in NJ or MD would be great too. The only thing is I wouldnt want to go to NY just because of all the traffic and everything. If it ends up being NY I am still willing to come, it just wouldnt be my first choice.

So please CHIME IN and let me know where/WHEN you would be able to do this.

I was thinking sometime in maybe June Or July. Let me know!!

That sounds like fun!
I am closest to King of Prussia also, but I would travel to NJ or MD also.
June or July sounds great.

I'm definitely up for that! King of Prussia works for me! I can also do NJ or MD because I live in Northern Maryland and my parents live in NJ. NY would be a bit hard for me though as a drive to Short Hills, NJ will already take 3 hours!!!

So we Texans made a good impression, huh? =) If I wasn't going to Disney World I would fly up there for the meet! I'm still trying to get a training class up there!

I've been very curious about tpf meets and am excited to hear they'll be one on the east coast! NY would be awesome as I don't have a car, but I totally understand that it's so congested here. Wherever it is, I will try my best to make it!

Maybe you could carpool with another tPFer from NY? The more the merrier!

Living in NY I understand why nobody wants to drive here, but Manhattan is amazing & we probably have a higher concentration of LV's here. I'm on Long Island and there are 3 within 15 minutes drive (1 in Macy's, 1 in Saks and an LV boutique in Manhasset) not to mention a bunch in the city. That said... Short Hills is closest for me outside of the city. King of Prussia is about a 3 hr drive in the usual NY-NJ traffic. Also, NJ seems to be the most central compromise for this area.
Rachel, please tell me how you drove from PA to TX in 4 hours! Private, low-flying jet? Glad you had fun.
Keep me posted.

I agree that there are lots of LVs in NY I really just shiver thinking about the traffic/parking situation LOL. I think NJ would be a good place too... we will see once more ppl start posting. We still have a while to plan things.

LOL Kathy you are too funny! I first flew to dallas, tx (approx 4 hours) to see my dad. THEN drove an additional 4 hours (not counting the 8 hours scenic route my dad took) to get to Houston. Sorry if I didnt make sense in my first post!

Hi - Even though I'm in VA, can I still come? I know there is a new store opening up in Maryland soon. I think in Towson. Otherwise, I might be able to make it up to KOP. I mapquested and its about 3 hours away. NY would be too far for a day trip.

Yes of course!! I tried to edit my original post to say anyone who wants to come, doesnt HAVE to be from those specific states! 3 hours isnt too bad at all! Would love to see you there!

Yess there is a new one opening in Towson! I am not far from Towson and I wanted to rip down that "coming soon" wall to get a peak inside of it! HAHA! Towson has alot of good restaurants in the mall too.. Cheesecake Factory, Fridays, etc.
